Before you create yours

Will it look like the photo?

Every MiniPix is uniquely and personally designed to achieve the closest possible resemblance while staying true to our signature cartoon style.

Once we receive your photos, we'll create a 2D sketch and send it to you for approval before starting the 3D design.

When you place your order, your payment is authorized, but the money remains in your account and won't be charged until you approve the sketch. If you decide not to approve it, we'll cancel your order in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Which photos should I upload?

Choose your best photos: full-length, waist-up or close-up shots all help. Clear lighting and no filters work best. We will be in touch on WhatsApp, where you can send as many extra reference photos as you like to help us refine the sketch.

Can I ask for changes?

Of course. You can request up to two rounds of changes during the sketch stage. Once you approve the sketch, we move on to the 3D design and further changes are no longer possible. We will go through the details with you before that happens.

When will my order ship, and how long will delivery take?

This collection is specially planned for Christmas! Each figure takes time to design and hand-paint with care.

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and when you approve your sketch.

But don't worry! We'll keep you updated throughout the process, and as soon as your MiniPix leaves our workshop, you'll receive a tracking number.
